Hello Investors!

It is lender month! I have an assortment of lenders coming to talk, one or two may stream in because they are out of state. My local commercial lender is back to talk about his commercial reno loan product. My "retail" lender from a local bank is coming to talk about the VA, FHA, and Conventional loan products they offer (and keep in house, by the way, they don't sell them off). I have a hard money lender coming to share what he has to offer. The two wildcards are my reno loan professional and my private money lender. We will have a nice "panel" of lenders to answer questions about money and how to get you some!
