Hello Everyone,

I am hosting an event on June 26th that will connect people who live in NYC and invest in either Philadelphia or the Lehigh Valley(Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton).

There are requirements to join the group

1. You have at least one deal in the Lehigh Valley or Philadelphia
2. You live in the NYC Tri-State Area
3. You have a willingness to provide your experiences of your investments to the group.

Please do not ask to join this event if you do not have a deal in the area. The purpose of the group is so everyone can provide and receive information equally. You are invited to attend once you have a deal in the area.

I will organize this gathering every on the last Wednesday of every even month.

1. You are exposed to connections investing in an area that you are invested in. This will allow you to share experiences, contractors and other professionals contacts.
2. You can also discuss contact information in the event you want to buy or sell to anyone else in the group.
