Come join us this Thursday, October 10th for the monthly Wholesale Meetup!
This month we will discuss What is a Lead and What is a Deal in today's market. With so many new investors saturating the market it is imperative that new and old investors know what is truly a lead and a deal. You definitely don't want to chase a lead to find out it really is not a deal. What are rehabbers looking for right now? What criteria do buy and hold investors want in a rental? How do you analyze the leads? How do you know if you are pricing the property appropriately? We will dive deep into these questions and more. You will not want to miss this opportunity!
When: Thursday, October 10th
Where: Mimi's Cafe (Address Murray)
Time: 7:00 pm (get there by 6:30 pm to ensure you get a seat)
Cost: Free (plan on eating or ordering drinks. Please tip the servers. They let us meet here for free.)
Investors of all experience welcome! Something for everyone! Bring a guest!
