The purpose of this group is for investors to come together to network, learn from each other, and do deals. If you are interested in connecting with local multifamily investors, lenders, property managers, etc... come on down to Skull Mechanix and grab a pint with us. There is no fee to attend, and there will be absolutely ZERO pitching. This is a networking event for like-minded individuals looking to learn, grow, and support one another.

One of the greatest benefits of investing in real estate is getting to deal with people you actually like! What better way to see if you're compatible than by grabbing a pint and talking shop. Our meeting format is very loose, and a great way of getting to know your fellow investors.

Due to the hectic Holiday schedule, we've changed our December meeting time to Monday, the 16th. Come down and spread some holiday cheer with us!

I can't wait to see you all and have you join our growing group.

Please reach out if you have any questions!

For all those who signed up for the December event, our venue cancelled last moment. We will not be meeting on Dec. 16th, I apologize greatly for the inconvenience and we wish you all happy holidays.

I have a question for anyone willing to answer, hopefully this is the right place. I am renovating a fourplex and have pulled permits for it, the inspector is now telling me that I need to change the permit from a residential to a commercial permit. Have y'all had similar experience and is there a significant difference between the two?

    Thanks

Hello everyone!  New to Austin and look forward to meeting like-minded investors and learn the market here.  Worked in real estate development for the largest developer in Canada and Australia and real estate consulting firm Knight Frank.
