Featured Speaker: Larry Cook. Topic: Investing in real estate with OPM other people’s money. Larry has been investing in real estate in Midland for a long time. He will tell how he got started with OPM and then saved money as he went along so now he uses his money and OPM. He is going to tell how two local policemen are making $30,000 gross per month, and how Walmart on I 20 bought its land and then used that money to buy the land around Walmart.
