    @Will Reynolds it will be under 2-4 units. I sell commercial properties too but I'm not sure there's an appetite for that here on BP its a very different process all together.

    Interesting was just looking at that property online the other day and it looked promising. Seems like some one started to rehab and ran out of money or there is some underlying big money problem that is not being advertised.

    @Chris Jones yes you're correct, it looks like the previous buyers tried to flip it but ran our of money so it went back to the bank
