The BREW meetup is a casual no-pitch group with the purpose of learning and networking with other local investors. During "normal" non-COVID times, we like to meet at a local brewpub and enjoy a craft beer, or two. We talk about all types of real estate investing as well as pursuing financial independence. Our typical meetup format is networking, listening & learning from an industry speaker, and ends with a real estate related book raffle!

Boerne, San Antonio, Dallas, Ft Worth, Austin, Houston, Now its nationwide since it is zooming. And @Nick Disney I wish I could say that it is my meeting also, but it is @Todd Nurnberger and his wife Elizabeth's.

But it will be good for rehabbers, buy and hold, multi-family, and any other types of investors.
