This month we having a special guest, Jonathan Sukhia, who is the co-founder of Topkey.io and former Exec and Airbnb, speak about finding the right property management to protect your investments. Topkey.io is a matchmaking service to help homeowners find and vet local property managers that is FREE to users.
As we continue to grow the group, I wanted to find additional ways to provide value to you all. So we are going to test out a “deal board” at the back of the room so members of our group can write what they are looking for and what they have to sell. The hope is that we can match those who want deals with those who have them and turn our members into big time deal makers!
Also, we will begin supplying a sign-in sheet at the entrance of the room. After last month’s meeting, I had someone reach out to me saying they had a great conversation with someone and wanted to reach out to see about doing business with them and I didn’t have way to connect those two people, which was a lost opportunity for everyone. It will also serve as a way to get out group updates so everyone is in the loop
Lastly, I’m working on a getting us a sponsor to supply appetizers for the group;) Nothing like free food and drink specials to get the conversations flowing!
I’m looking forward to seeing you all next week and hearing all about the deals and progress the group has made in October!
