Airbnb Laws in Colorado

Littleton is about to legalize Airbnb and short-term rental investment properties. It would join Arvada as the second city in the Denver metro this year to open up STRs to non-owner occupied homes.

Hi James,  Thanks for sharing this event on Airbnb.  I missed this, any chance this was recorded to share? I currently live in Golden and I am looking to buy my first house hack along the west side of Denver and want to learn about the Airbnb regulations and potential.
