I am thrilled to announce two great presenters for our March event. Triple Net Leasing and how to leverage technology to find gems in this very COMPETITIVE market from the comfort of your laptop.

Featured Speaker #1: Neil Wahlgren, COO, MAG Capital Group / Former Navy Pilot

Over the past several weeks I have become acquainted with Neil Wahlgren and I am very impressed with everything that he has been able to achieve in his career. A former Navy and Air Force pilot turned real estate investor, operator, Neil is just a very humble, smart and a dedicated real estate professional. Neil and his team have found an amazing niche in acquiring and operating a very specific type of NNN lease in a syndicated model. I am thrilled to have him present at our upcoming event. You can find more information about MAG CP here: https://www.bettercapital.us/partners/magcp/

Featured Speaker #2: Benson Juarez, Partner, Privy
As you all know we are in a very competitive market. The news is covered widely in media and elsewhere. Using Privy provides investors (agents, wholesalers, brokers, first time buyers, retail buyers, etc.) find opportunities that are often not so obvious. Using a data driven methodology, meshed with accurate up to date data from multiple sources, Benson is going to show in real time, how to find discounted deals, run comps and advanced searches. No more mailing out thousands of postcards, texting people, cold calling. This is so much better. Hope you will join us and learn from Benson about the tips and tricks in the Privy platform.

When: Mar 1, 2021 06:00 PM Pacific Time (US and Canada)
