Our February meet up will be digital this month as we shift during these changing times.

We hope you can join us from 6:00pm - 8:30pm pm on Wednesday, February 24th for a healthy discussion about real estate updates in the Houston area.

Joining us will be Martin Rubio with Rubio Investors LLC as he tells us his journey as a multi-family buyer and investor. Martin and Claudia Rubio are Houston residents and managing partners of Rubio Investors, they are commercial real estate investors as well as General and Limited Partners. As General Partners or Independent Owners, they currently own 1,565 units throughout Texas and as exclusively as Limited Partners, they own 1,348 units throughout Texas.

    @Conor Kearns should be a good one.  He and his wife came to our meetings a few years ago and then got into massive action on apartment syndication. They started passively and then became the primary with a few partners on a couple deals.
