This month we will feature Ryan Nastase of Namaste Properties LLC who will be discussing his unique strategy investing in single family properties using the rent to own strategy. He is killing it taking down 12 properties in the last 10 months. He's going to tell us how is able to cash flow $400 plus dollars per month per house. Really looking forward to this one folks!
