Hey SB investors. Who else is exhausted by the current market explosion, over COVID, and just ready to grab a beer, shake hands (if you're comfortable with it) and tell wild stories from the past year?!  If this sounds like you, we have a group of folks getting together at Topa Topa in Santa Barbara at 6pm on June 17th who share your sentiment.  Come join us for an informal opportunity to network and discuss the current and future state of real estate with other like minded and motivated investors (or aspiring investors). Please spread the word and RSVP if you are planning to participate so I can try to lock down an appropriately sized space. Feel free to message me, Baird King, if you have any questions or thoughts. Hope to see you there!
