Have you ever wondered what it takes to get into Commercial Real Estate (CRE)?
Would you like to go through a real-life case study where you can learn how a commercial expert Found, Financed, Purchased, Planned, Developed, and Operates a 755 unit facility right here in WASHINGTON?
Would you like to learn from (and pick the brain of) someone with OVER 12,000 units under management? (Manufactured Homes, Storage, and RV Park)
THIS IS YOUR CHANCE
Ryan Gibson of Spartan Investment Group is giving you the amazing opportunity to see EXACTLY how his team created his latest 755 unit storage facility from the ground up.
JOIN US on Saturday, August 28th @ 4pm for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at how commercial real estate REALLY works.
After Ryan teaches us a little bit and gives us a private tour of the facility, we will continue networking across the street at a local brewery where you can talk to Ryan one on one and he can answer your specific questions.
THIS IS ONE EVENT YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS
