Hello,

I'm looking for 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom properties for short term or mid term rentals in greater houston area. Any hep would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Hiren - this group is national/international in scope so asking for market specific advice does not always yield good results. I would recommend joining Houston specific STR groups on Facebook and asking there. Good luck!

    Hey @Hiren Patani, so just remember that there really is no such thing as a mid term rental as far as municipalities and the IRS goes.

    A mid term rental is just a long term rental with a shorter duration. So if there is a ban on STRs in a specific zip code, a MTR is simply any rental over 30 days. It will require a lease and all the things that go along with that.
