Hi folks! I'm hoping someone can recommend a good insurance broker here in AZ. I called my State Farm agent and asked for a quote on a 4plex I'm looking at and haven't heard back for 5 days, even after 2 follow up calls, its unreal! Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
I struggled with getting the right Insurance agent for years. We went through many agents with similar issues as you state.. At one point my agent told me that they needed me to take pictures of all my properties front and rear for them. My next phone call was to an agent who sent me a letter a few weeks prior, my thought was that he was interested enough in more business to be direct mailing investors. I called him and got very fast responses and he was extremely helpful. As it turned out he referred me to the agent that I use for everything at this point. I am not compensated nor even asked for this recommendation, but I can honestly say that through literally hundreds of properties and various insurance challenges (no claims just making sure that properties are insured), I have found Tracy Skipper. He is with farmers, and has been absolutely a joy to work with. I could not give a higher recommendation. If you want a no questions asked straight forward insurance broker you have to call Kerry Smith. He has been working with me and a number of my clients and colleagues for years and I have yet to meet someone as honest and straight forward as this guy.
