Hi
I am looking for ways to find more deals and also build up a buyers list of Investors looking to buy flips or buy and holds. Would love to hear from all you guy's on some thoughts of what's been working or things I should be doing.

@Martin Ruiz I'm not sure what would work in your area. If your county is like ours, there's really not much reasons for homeowners to sell at a discount when they can list with a realtor and get multiple offers above asking price. We were seeing that "flippers" were paying close to ARV for homes that needed A LOT of work.
