Hey BiggerPockets, 

I'm looking for three local-ish folks who would be willing to talk about note investing (performing or non-performing) to East Bay REI on Sunday, July 21st from 4:30 - 6:30 PM in Oakland. We have never covered this topic in the group, and there's a lot of interest.
