I’m Nicholas Cox, I’m 21 years old, I am super ambitious to build a strong portfolio and start house hacking. One thing I’ve learned from all the books I’ve read is that a mentor is very important to anyone journey. If there is anyone in Philly looking to take someone under their wing and show them the ropes that’s what I’m seeking. I’m just looking to see how a strong investors mind works, that’s a big reason why I’m on here.
