I am looking for your assistance in finding a good commercial lender in Tolland County. I am looking at multi-family buildings (10+ units) in towns like Vernon, Mansfield and Stafford. I prefer a local bank with reasonable transaction process. I’m open to private/hard money as well. As long as there are no junk fees, bureaucracy and a quick turnaround time.
