I am looking into hotel/motels. I do not like the whole idea of flipping homes. I would rather concontrate on putting my full attention on a business and make it work, rather than trying to cut corners to make the best buck from a sale.
Do you have any suggestions or insight?

Hello everyone. I'm a real estate broker in the Panama City Beach, FL (Bay County) area. I've invested a lot in this area myself and are looking to assist other investors.
I've invested a lot in the condo market here and have since sold many of them. I still own a couple.
We're hoping to start receiving appreciation pretty soon due to the new international airport that's currently under construction.

What specifically are you looking for or wanting to accomplish?
I work in Kissimmee and would like to Bird Dog for investors. In "my inventory" I have newer homes, Summer Rentals with pools, etc. Great Income Potential.
