Hey there Tim. How's it going? My name is Dan and my best friend is a great handyman. His name is also Dan and he does great work. His current 9 to 5 is doing yacht maintenance but is skilled in many other home repair fields such as demo work, dry wall, painting, carpentry and finishing work. We both are very interested in starting our real estate investment careers. Maybe there is something we can work out to gain some knowledge and insight to the industry. Hi Dan, at this point my need is for good people who can respond quickly to fix stuff as it breaks. I’m finding my normal guys to be so busy it can take me more than a week to get simple things fixed.
That being said, always happy to chat about RE in the area. Have some good ideas on where to find good fixer uppers!
