Where would you invest for multifamily in South Florida?

Hey BP! Reaching out to all of you who invest in multifamily in south Florida. Without going above 4 units, where would you love to invest your money? Do you have a preference on any cities spanning from Miami to Palm Beach area?

I regularly send out e-mails with MLS & Loopnet properties to my investors that are always 7%-9%, from Treasure coast to Miami. Properties are out there ,just have to sift through all of the crappy ones, do your research, know the rental markets, evaluate what it needs, etc.

very time consuming process so most people give up or wait 1-2 years before they ever buy something.

Actually where you are at (Plantation) is a pretty good place.    Everything 2 miles east or west of FL Turnpike and from just north of 595 down to the Dade county line has some promise for 2-8 units.    It's South Florida so you probably know things can change pretty quick from street to street.
