Burbank, IL / Cook county - anyone flipped or have a rental?

Good day BP!

Anyone here flipped a property or have rentals in Burbank, IL? Specifically zip code is 60459.

It looks like a license and inspection is needed to rent a house. And a crime free addendum is needed as well.

Just curious if the City of Burbank is as tough as some of the suburbs out here.

Burbank is not that tough just that you don't want to be on their bad side. Evergreen park is tough specially if you don't follow their very specific instructions.

Great area for both flips and rentals.

Andrew.
