Looking for someone in the assisted living business ?

Does anyone know of  someone in the assisted living business ? I own two adjacent single family homes that I received an unsolicited offer from a high end assisted living construction/business guy. Id like to know how to value this purchase or lease offer.

@Adam Eng Double the market rental rate and lease them to him on at least 5 year term. PM me if you want to talk more. I am just starting to look at getting into this business.
