I am an investor in Atlantic County looking for flip candidates outside of AC. Also looking to connect with contractors and anyone else in the area doing same.

    hey yes I am! also what markets do you stay within?  I have a few properties looking to sell as is..vacant needs full rehab, legit needs work lol .with about 2b/2b 1,269 sqft  located on a good road for buyers located in Pleasantville selling for 70k

    another is located in brigantine 5bd/2bths 1,681sqft multi family home
