Best wholesaler CRM tools can cover a lot of different areas of the business, there are a lot of good recommendations and insights on this thread. I typically like to understand what marketing strategies you're looking to utilize, and work my tech stack from there.
We were one of the first companies to provide a turnkey Podio based CRM for investors . From working with a lot of companies across the country- feedback was that Podio was a steep learning curve and not very user friendly and intuitive to learn although very customizable.
We took the feedback from our customers and since then built our own platform off of Podio, that is super intuitive, simple, and to @Vaughn Smith's point, gives you and your team the best chance at using regularly and getting adapted to. It's action based, meaning, there is one primary action assigned per lead and you have to complete that action before moving on to your next lead.
Hi Carlos, could I hire the developer who built out your Podio CRM?
@Gideon Achirem I use Podio for my CRM and project management resource. The main thing is to look at your “system” as a total solution from a 10,000 ft view. It might consist of a few software resources, some human touch factors and marketing funnels to be complete.
REI BB is my primary tool. It allows my to blast all my buyers via RVM, Text, Email...and also automate some touch points with them. I can make individual property websites super fast and syndicate the for sale/for rent listings with a bunch of other sites. Also, the automated followup with my sellers is great too.
I know I am late on this one, but you might find this useful. REIreply is a good resource to use for managing all your leads and campaigns. Combine that with a good tool like Propstream for property information and some other skip tracing service (propstream has skip tracing, though I am not a fan because they will charge you for any information that they can find, so you might have a ton of leads with no numbers and only names). Propstream is really only useful for data, like property records and such. Go check out some youtube videos on REIreply.
yeah, I'm replying to a two year old post, but someone may need this info. Here is my breakdown and $.02 on the top wholesaling platforms (based on my experience as a realtor, wholesaler an investor). Disclaimer any CRM can work if you use it regularly.
Podio: Great system, very customizable and developer friendly, in many ways the gold standard of wholesale CRM's. The truth is your Podio is only as good as your build out. If someone builds a great custom system for you its awesome. If you're busy, not tech savvy or not interested in building a system from scratch this may not be the one for you (unless you have someone build it for you). I currently use podio custom build out was $3000 (using Tiffany High's developer) system is ok but I still need someone to customize drip campaigns I don't have the bandwidth to do it
REIREPLY: Billed as a one stop shop able to replace all other systems for the low cost of $49. Functions well, when it works but has a lot of problems with SMS deliverability and glitches/system outages
Follow up boss: Not more peoples favorite but I included it because its cheap, easy to customize and very effective.

@Gideon Achirem, I know this is an old post, but did you find something that suited your needs? How has wholesaling been going for you the last couple of years?

Thx
Good morning Michael!
So we have since built our own platform off of Podio which is way more user friendly and intuitive, while also still being flexible and customizable.
I'm at the Limitless Expo event in Phoenix this week but can still connect over the phone to discuss- just saw your info come in for the demo meeting you booked.
I'm curious on opinions on this as well. I am currently using Hubspot as a CRM and import call logs from Call Rail, REIPro for property info. I would love a software that combines CRM with automated follow ups and KPIs with a system that pulls in comps data from the MLS. Any suggestions? I have been looking at REI Black Book, Freedomsoft, and RE Simpli
