New Investor Looking to Learn in Charlotte, NC

I would love to find an experienced investor in the Charlotte, NC area who could use some help with wholesaling or flipping. I am simply looking to add value to the process in any way possible and expect zero compensation--only experience.
I'm new to the area but am motivated, organized, and ready to learn. My real-world experience is in the realm of leadership and engineering. I've been reading/watching/listening to BP for a few months now, but have zero experience in the REI world. I will do any REI-related tasks to help! Take pictures? Research? You name it! My goal is to make more money for you while gaining experience for me.
