Love seeing some local traffic, I am serving at Fort Bragg and have one SFH investment in Fayetteville. I am looking to acquire a few more before I retire from service. I have always thought that a military base is a great place to invest in property.

Nice to see Fayetteville action on BP! I'm buying a property in FAY tomorrow that's a 4/2...would like to Lease Option it if anyone knows a match...on Marlowe. I'm always looking to pick up more discounted inventory in FAY -- @Cedric Lafortune .
Maybe someone on BP wants to start up a monthly FAY BP get together? Dawn B. does that in Raleigh...big turnout.

Adam Schneider did you find the house on Marlowe through direct mail?
I'm local, let me know if you need any help with the place. Pics, clean out, security checks, etc.
I like the BP meetup idea. Maybe it's something that local Fayetteville investors would be interested to start in 2017.

@Andrew K. Feel free to PM me and we can talk--I have some ideas about a Fayetteville BP MeetUp. Thank you for the offer to help on Marlowe...I'm going to be in FAY tomorrow to close on the property and put the lockbox and sign up.
To answer your acquisition question, I picked this up from a HomeVestors franchise operator who had picked up the property last month. I think it was either a direct mail lead or a SEO lead.

Hello everybody,
I just moved to Fayetteville a few months ago. I mostly have experience in Lawn, Landscaping, and tree work. I just started my landscape business after moving here. However I would like to get into contracting and REI. I know some people with dump trucks and heavy equipment so if anyone needs some serious equipment let me know.
I would love to meetup sometime with everybody. How is Barnes and Nobles, Thursday at 6:30 PM?

Another Army vet here. I was at Bragg for almost 7 years and it's one of the markets on my radar as I start my REI career. If there were a weekend meeting I'd definitely be interested in joining.
