We are in the market for a property manager in Fayetteville NC - anyone has someone to recommend? We'd love to speak to them. Thank you!

Almost all the property managers are poorly recommended. I built my own property management team in Las Vegas and they did what I asked not what they wanted to do. I would recommend the same thing for you. I think it would be useful to both you and others wanting this kind of service. One of my colleagues used to be a property rental manager for Fort Bragg (US Government) - maybe I could talk her into setting something up. Let me know if you are interested.

Lots of property managers in town are awful, Rodrick is a godsend.

Just wanted to update on this post that after interviewing 5-6 different people, I found a great property manager who has been extremely responsive, got tenants in quickly, and was on top of maintenance issues for my properties.
Rodrick Jackson at Spoat, Jackson and Browne is indeed a godsend.

I second @Alexander Felice . Love love love Rodrick Jackson at Spoat, Jackson and Browne. I just moved another rental under his management for a grand total of 8 doors. He gets all my doors!

@H Will I'm pretty sure the answer is no. He tries to keep his team in Cumberland County.
