I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to the community. My husband and I are investors in Minot, ND and have a growing portfolio of SFRs. Our investment company is Yellow Door Homes. Hi I'm looking into some multi families in Minot. I'm getting kind of mixed reviews though. Does it seem like the multi family's have been over built in the area and it's hard to keep them rented? Would you recommend SFH instead? And insight on the area would be greatly appreciated. Also if your still an agent in the area I'd like to reach out when I'm ready to purchase. thank you
