Following, because I keep seeing properties in Lawton that have seemingly solid numbers, and I’m becoming more interested in that area, as well. But, and I apologize in advance for this, is your actual name ‘Christian Friend’, or is it something you use as a sort of an online pseudonym?

Any luck in Lawton ,Ok..I know tread is a year old, just checking ..gonna buy 2 single family homes there ,,,,wondering how was rental market.....? Crime ?.

@Eilen , they are good , but i have a hard time finding good people to rehab , that are not real expensive , but i have a crew and we have gone down there twice already , 4 day stays , we already have been offered 4 diff jobs by neighbors and by passers , may stay down there longer next time, but i have a full time job , very hard to get down there for more than 4 days , but overall , i have bought 3 properties , 2 ALMOST DONE AND WANTED TO BE rented by neighbors friends , waiting on me to finish , other house in a sketchy neighborhood , but i can still rent it , email with any concerns , prices to buy are good , the rents are a little low , because of army base competition , but overall , a good investment .
also got approached by 3 diff wholesalers to buy properties

@eilen , if your in Denton,Tx not too bad , about 3 hr drive , i have a 6.5 hr drive , not that bad , just research the neighborhoods and rental comps in the area , also if you need a good relator , i have one in Lawton , he knows the area well , thanks
