First Time Investor Looking at the Pittsburgh, PA Market

Hello, It's my first post!

My daughter and her boyfriend are looking to live in the Pittsburgh area for a couple years. They have done their research and are excited about the city. I thought it would be a great opportunity for my first investment property. I would love anyone's thoughts on the market and any Broker or Wholesaler contacts in that area. Ideally I would be looking for a 3+ bed that they could essentially house hack. I am open to fixing something up too because I am planning on holding the property for renting long after they leave.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Cheers

Hello Delores

for starters you might want to come to the Pittsburgh REIA meeting as my guest on the 18th. You can network with 160 other local investors and maybe even learn a thing or two.

to your success

Josh
