Greenville Up and Coming areas

I would love to connect with realtors and real estate investors that have experience with certain neighborhoods or neighbor cities near Greenville, SC

I am looking to eventually add a satelling office for my day job in Greenville and have been investigating the area for a few months. It is unclear to me what area is good, what is bad, and what is up and coming.

Shouldn’t be more than a non resident state tax return.

Thanks for the perspective.

I think he’s actually pointing you to the property tax, not income. In SC if it’s not your primary, you’re hit with a property tax bill about 3-4x that as a primary. So when you’re running estimates, you need to be careful on what you’re using as your property tax.
