Up and coming areas of Fort Worth?
What areas are considered up and coming and prime for appreciation? Seems like there is a lot of attention in the Fairmont-Southside district as well as near the Stockyards. Are there any areas that seems to be next? Maybe the stop 6 area? Any input would help.

@Ron McGriff I think you have some good suggestions above but I would also offer some clarification here. Any property under $175,000 will fit a good appreciation model and cash flow for investors. Meaning, Westcliff, TCU, and Fairmount all fit a "up and coming" description but those are not investor friendly neighborhoods because you will not rent them as effectively as other neighborhoods. Neighborhoods where the value is $175,000 and under. I hope that makes sense how I am describing it.
