Setting up LLC With Local Attorney or Legal Zoom
Does anyone have any thoughts on using Legal Zoom to set up LLC or is seeking out a local real estate attorney better?

How much does LegalZoom cost? I'm biased as an attorney but have seen lots of companies set up incorrectly by companies similar to Legal Zoom. If easy LLC setup, it's not like an attorney costs that much to do it.
