HELP: If anyone knows of a Virginia attorney and trustee service (can be separate services), then please email me! I need them for land trust entity set up.

@Hugh C. just a thought. My understanding is you can use CA land trust to title a Virginia property. I'm myself in the process of forming CA land trusts to title out of state properties.
