We are getting a larger Apartment Building under contract in Milwaukee shortly and are in need of a solid property management company referral!

Hi @Jake S. - I'm both an investor and Portfolio Manager in the Milwaukee market representing Ogden & Company Inc. Apartment buildings between 45-135 units fit in our wheelhouse, but also manage SFH to 4's, 8's, and 12's. Would love to entertain the opportunity of potential management.
