Looking for a contractor to run a rehab for me in Birmingham
Hi,
I just bought a house in Birmingham and I am looking for a contractor to basically oversee the rehab of the property for me. I am happy to pull permits myself or to have them pull them. Does anyone know a knowledgeable contractor that can do this type of work for a reasonable fee?
It's a large job, but not massive. The house is a 3/1 1,200 sq foot house. Please let me know if you know anyone that fits the bill!
