Just sold an investment property and am looking to get into another home to fix and flip. Are there any wholesalers with interesting properties, or any sellers, realtors who can help me find a home fairly quickly? Hi AL, PM me, I would be glad to help. Many Realtors won't be familiar with the 1031 or the time frames, I've done dozens for myself and other investors.
