Hi! A newbie investor just trying to learn the Phoenix market. I was wondering if people have found rentometer to be an accurate tool to estimate rent rates. TIA
It can be hit or miss. If I were in your shoes, I'd have your agent pull rental comps for you. If you don't want to wait, use Zillow and FB Marketplace to get an idea of what homes in an area are renting for.
