Hey Tucsonans!
I have been studying real estate investing for a while now. Are there any seasoned multi-family property investors in the area that I can underwrite investments with? I want to become really familiar with the process of finding and analyzing deals while I build capital, and hopefully find some future partners in the meantime!

Lots of good ones…but if just one for your situation I think David Greene’s Buy, Rehab, Refinance, Rent and Repeat is good. He defines lots of terms, spends a lot of time discussing who you need to help you and covers nearly all phases of real estate (finding, funding, rehabbing, renting and managing after). I thought it was a good foundational book even if you don’t use that exact strategy. Hope to see you on Nov 4!
