New Weatern Aquisitions

Stay away from these people!  They are extremely pushy and extremely corrupt.  My agent went k the other agent, just to close the deal, and j formed him of my bottom dollar on a property I was selling.  This is against realtors ethics.  I turned them into the State of Texas realtors commission immediately.  Stay away at all costs.  I dealt with Tanner and Mitchell Out of Texas/Ft. Worth and Dallas offices.

Replied

Hey man, I just got started working and developing a relationship with them not too long ago. Dont know if you got it or not, but I was sent 3 different documents. One of them was the Notice of Non-Representation to All Potential Buyers contract, in which they state that they don't represent us as investors. They only represent the seller. Even though it may seem like they're catering to you, the contract says the purchase of the home is at your risk and they don't represent you in no form.

If you didn't receive anything like that and you signed a buyer rep agreement, you may have a point in them being corrupt. Hope it all goes well.
