Experience building multi family in La Mesa?

Hi BP Friends! My family is working on a new construction for a MF in La Mesa and wanted to see if anyone here has any experience doing the same or being involved in MF construction in the city of La Mesa. Would love to hear your experiences doing this and talk shop.
