Does anyone have any recommendations for multi family networking sessions/meet ups in the San Diego area? I have been to one or two that have been high valuable but I find that many seem to be more centered around a "pitch" instead of actually growing your network.
There's one monthly at Stone Brewery called Beers & Deals which is well attended. You can find it here or on Meetup.com. Otherwise get in touch with @Nic Cooper who has started one more specifically around Multi Family. Haven't experienced pitches at either of these. Hope that helps!

Thanks @Andrew Smith I'm posting another meet up for next month shortly should on the 12th of November. Networking only. Would love to have you all come. It's geared towards multifamily, though all are welcome.
