Hello BP, I am searching for a motivated real estate agent in the area that has experience or specializes in bank-owned and pre-foreclosures. Investor friendly if possible.

There is a great Real Estate Investment meetup in San Jose that meets at Harry's Hofbrau. A lot of very motivated agents attend that meeting. Check out Meetup.com to find it.

You can give me a call. You should have no problem finding my info.
The distressed properties in South SJBA are close to non-existent. But there are people still not wanting to pay their bills.
