GP/LP Insights: What’s Actually Getting Traction in Today’s Market?

I’m interested in hearing perspectives from both GPs and LPs. I don't care about target IRRs or return projections—anyone can plug in whatever numbers look appealing. That’s not what I’m trying to evaluate here.

Which asset classes are actually getting the most traction right now, and what investment timelines are LPs gravitating toward?

I’m also curious about current trends in GP co-investment. At what point do co-invest percentages hit diminishing returns? Do higher GP co-invest levels meaningfully influence LP expectations around splits and promotes? And how much weight do LPs place on strong financing terms—both leverage and interest rate—when evaluating a deal?  What else is driving successful raises and capital deployment besides obvious answers like track record?

Would appreciate insight from both sides of the table.
