I’ve had the opportunity to connect with people from all different backgrounds, each with their own story, goals, and challenges. What stands out to me most is that no two situations are ever the same—and that’s why I take the time to listen before anything else.

For me, this is about building genuine relationships, having honest conversations, and being someone people feel comfortable reaching out to. I don’t believe in treating people like numbers or rushing through a conversation.
