@Nate Hananger I can certainly answer any questions regarding the Coachella Valley, there is tons of land out here. However, there is a healthy amount of building going on as well nfor the foreseeable 1 to 2 years.
Desert Hot Springs in particular with the pot farms, Palm Springs with it's booming short term rentals, and Indio and La Quinta with the yearly Coachella Fest musical events.
