Looking for a house or condo to rent.  1-3 bedrooms.  North Denver Metro Area - Boulder County (except Longmont) or Broomfield County or Westminster, Arvada, Northglenn, Thornton area.

Must accept me and my two well-behaved, female, spayed, indoor-only cats who have no litter box issues.

It's not quite a black fly in my chardonnay, but trust me, I appreciate the position of being on the other side of this transaction for the first time in 23 years...  Clearly I have no prior landlord references, but I have excellent credit and steady income from my own rentals...
