Looking for a house or condo to rent. 1-3 bedrooms. North Denver Metro Area - Boulder County (except Longmont) or Broomfield County or Westminster, Arvada, Northglenn, Thornton area.
Must accept me and my two well-behaved, female, spayed, indoor-only cats who have no litter box issues.
It's not quite a black fly in my chardonnay, but trust me, I appreciate the position of being on the other side of this transaction for the first time in 23 years... Clearly I have no prior landlord references, but I have excellent credit and steady income from my own rentals...
When are you looking to move? I'm currently living in my soon-to-be-available rental in north Denver (Swansea). I will be moving out in the coming months as soon as I find my next owner-occupied rental to purchase. It's a nice house with a big backyard that is mostly covered by my veggie garden. It's a 2-bd, 800 sq ft brick house with a large unfinished basement. There is no AC, but everything else in the home was updated 1 year ago (new carpet, paint, kitchen, etc.).
